Park Avenue Refresh - future-phase display / October 4, 2026 BASIS Solid yellow uses standalone entities from DSGNITPhase201_2026-09-30.dwg. Dashed yellow uses proposed assemblies from DSGNITPhase201_Future_2026-09-30.dwg. This selects whole drawn entities and connections. No line was cut at a latitude, street centerline, or other invented boundary. The original drawings are unchanged. NEW ENGLAND: WHERE CURRENT WORK ENDS Current runs remain connected to the drawn north-side splice / pull-box groups. The complete bores across New England and the connections south of the intersection are assigned to Future, along with the Future drawing's mast-arm assemblies. Northwest group (coordinates in EPSG:2236, US survey feet): Junction: 543486.7583, 1549561.4869. Splice box: handle 906. Pull boxes: 90B, 911, 917. Current short connecting conduits: 91D, 91E, 91F, 920. Northbound current trunk: 92D. North-side east link: DED. West connection: 1296. Whole west crossing in Future: 3D7E, ending at the southwest box-group junction 543505.7605, 1549507.0663. Southwest leads: 3D67, 3D68, 3D69, 3D7C. Southwest future mast assembly: 3BA5, 3BB8, 3BC3. Northeast group: Junction: 543534.4341, 1549579.6529. Pull boxes: DA3, DA9, DAF. Current short connecting conduits: DB6, DB7, DBC. Whole east crossing in Future: 3D9D, ending at the southeast box-group junction 543559.7497, 1549524.9493. Southeast leads: 3D9A, 3D9B, 3D9C. Southeast future mast assembly: 3BE4, 3BF7, 3BE3. Whole south connecting conduit between the two south junctions: 3D7D (Future). The drawing also places the other New England mast assemblies, controller leads 3DA0-3DA4, and northern intersection assemblies in Future. They retain that phase; the map does not split an assembly simply because part of it lies north of a road. These are source-based display limits, not a new engineered construction sequence. WHY SOLID LINES WERE VISIBLE OVER FUTURE WORK The current file's insert 712A (DSGNITPhase201) contains 333 paths matching the entire Future export. Its solid duplicate is now suppressed in the display. The Civil DSGNIT-PH2 design xref has 407 duplicate or older IT paths; the dedicated IT drawings take precedence. TEXTIT context and unrelated Civil geometry remain. An existing traffic mast symbol from the Future export remains in Civil's existing context, so it is not mislabeled as proposed Future work. EVIDENCE AND REBUILD future-phase-audit.json records source hashes, native CAD handles, junctions, connectivity checks and display counts. The phased GeoJSON features carry source handle references and phase attributes. Current standalone geometry and retained Future geometry keep their original coordinates; no conduit is shortened. Run phase_fiber.py after style_materials.py when rebuilding the display data.
